Your Property Choice and our Sales Advice & Initial Deposit Process: Victoria
Step 1: Confirm Your Property Selection
Once you’ve chosen your property with our Sales Team, we’ll prepare the necessary documentation to proceed.
Step 2: Complete Sales Advice
- You will be asked to complete a Sales Advice and verify your identity.
- This Sales Advice outlines the terms of your purchase, including the Initial Deposit, which will form part of your final deposit under the terms of the contract.
- The Sales Advice will be emailed to you via DocuSign for electronic signing.
- The verification of identity will occur on the Agent’s nominated digital platform.1
Step 3: Initial Deposit Payment Instructions
- Initial Deposit Amount: $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000 (your sales team will inform you in advance which applies)
- Payment Account: Mambourin, Mambourin Green, The Grove and Bradmill Yarraville deposits must be paid into Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor’s trust. Berwick Waters and Wallara Waters must be paid into the Oliver Hume Real Estate trust account. Five Farms must be paid into the Kaikura Land Sales trust account. These Trust Account details are listed below.
Do not transfer funds to any other account. - Should you wish to do so, you can confirm the respective trust account details by calling the entities directly. Their details are listed below.
- Please remember to email a copy of your payment receipt to your Project Sales Manager, so that Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor can confirm receipt of your deposit.
- Initial Deposit cannot be paid until after you have complied your verification of identity process.
- For Mambourin Green: Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor’s policy is that it only accepts deposit funds when they are received from an Australian bank account in your name, or from your solicitor’s trust account.
Step 4: Confirmation
- Once your Initial Deposit is receipted, you (or your solicitor) will receive a formal confirmation from Frasers Property Australia’s solicitor or the agent (as noted above).
- All communication regarding deposits will come from Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor.
Step 5 : Refund Policy
- Your Initial Deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed to contract signing.
- To process your Initial Deposit refund, you or your solicitor must provide your account details directly to Frasers Property Australia’s Solicitor or the agent (as noted above) that you have paid the Initial Deposit to.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Initial Deposit must be refunded to the same account from which it was originally paid.
Please do not give your account details to Frasers Property Australia.
