The way we work
Frasers Property Australia is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our people, contractors, customers and the communities where we operate – each and every step of the way.
Through demonstrated leadership and accountability, insight and experience, adoption of safe work practices and a focus on physical and mental wellbeing, our staff are kept safe no matter what role or task they are undertaking.
A culture of care
Protection of our people and partners’ health and wellbeing is a core part of our culture and is reinforced through a strong governance system.
Our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy details our key objectives and methods for protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development and innovation across all of our workplaces and projects.

Our mission as a team is to reframe the way we work.
The nine most common high-risk activities that occur on our sites were identified, as were the relevant controls that can effectively manage those risks.
