Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you the final construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North for 2023.

The recent storm and heavy rains have affected site works however we are back on track with drainage install nearly complete. Retaining wall footings and walls are now installed while waterproofing to the walls is due to commence in the coming days, along with services to the walls. This will see our ground slabs commence in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in early 2025.

Site Safety

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.

Over the holiday season construction activity will cease with trades returning mid-January. Our next update to you will be in February 2024. On behalf of the team here at Ed.Square I would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season.
