Due to trade availability, and current adverse weather, we are anticipating a minor shift to settlement timings. We anticipate that the first settlements will commence in July, however settlement of the later homes will now occur in August.
The team is working hard to complete the final touches to your home so that pre-settlement inspections can commence, and finalising external works so they can obtain the required occupation certificate.
