Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North
We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.
Since our last update, we have continued to see some great progress, with external works being a strong focus now.
Lots 13121-13132: The internal fit offs are nearing completion with the installation of carpets and timber flooring now well underway. This will see trades close out their final items in preparation for cleaning to commence and quality assurance checks to occur.
Lots 13133-13144: The internal fit offs are nearing completion to these homes. As we see the flooring contractors complete the installation of carpets and timber flooring in the eastern wing, this will allow them to move their focus to the western wing.
In the rear courtyards of both wings, we have seen the completion of waterproofing to the concrete slab. This will see the screeding commence. Planter boxes are built and waterproofed in preparation for the soil to be blown in. We also anticipate the fencing contractor to commence works in the coming weeks.
On the outside of the site, bricklayers are nearing completion of the bin bays and walls to the western wing. Landscapers have started preparing the Mews area and the eastern facade for the paving crew to commence any day now. We have also seen the metal works contractor nearing completion of the carpark mesh, with preparations underway for the installation of the garage door and fencing to front yards on the eastern wing.
It is currently anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur from early July 2025.
