We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Sales continue to progress whilst the team are continuing to negotiate and work towards appointing a builder to construct the VELA apartments and bring new life to the marina’s edge.

We are pleased to report that the Geotechnical investigations are now completed on the VELA site!

At this stage we currently anticipate commencing construction of the VELA apartments late in 2023.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
