Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The team have been working diligently to negotiate and appoint a builder to construct Vela apartments, and we are pleased to confirm that a builder has now been appointed.

At this stage we currently anticipate the completion of Vela apartments in late 2026.

The modification application to change the apartment mix of Vela to reduce the amount of 3 bedroom apartments and increase the amount of 2 bedroom apartments has been approved by Council. The new mix will be 29 x 2 bedroom and 28 x 3 bedroom, totalling 57 apartments.
