Welcome to the latest Construction Update where we will keep you informed about how the project is progressing to ensure you're up to date with the development of your new community.

The team have been working diligently to negotiate and appoint a builder to construct Vela apartments, however at this stage have not been able to secure a builder due to the challenges experienced across the construction industry.

At this stage we currently anticipate the completion of Vela apartments in 2027.

The team are committed to securing a reputable builder and delivering your home to a high-quality standard. Our Customer Care team will provide a further update in October 2023.
