Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to announce that the removal of stockpiles and materials from the site is now complete. The site is fully prepared for the commencement of initial earthworks and lot benching, which will pave the way for the construction phase.

Over the past few weeks, we have undertaken an extensive review of our construction programs, trade resourcing, and materials supply. It is essential to acknowledge the current challenges faced by the local construction industry, including increased costs and disruptions in supply chains. Unfortunately, these circumstances have not spared us either.

Our commitment to delivering the highest possible quality for your home remains unwavering. In light of the challenges we are encountering, we have made some tough decisions to ensure that the standard of your home is not compromised.

Meanwhile, we will continue to progress construction certificate documentation, and anticipate this will be completed late 3rd quarter 2023.

At this stage, construction is now expected to commence in the 1st quarter of 2024. We anticipate completing the construction and settlements by mid-2025.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
