Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The foundation work continues to progress smoothly along all twelve lots, with the completion of retaining wall footings providing essential stability for the upcoming phases of construction.

The construction team have commenced the installation of screw piles, which will ensure the structural integrity of your home and lay the groundwork for the next stages of development.

Despite some interruptions due to rainfall over the last month, we are pleased to report that at this stage we do not foresee any significant delays as a result.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
