We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The foundation work is now well underway, with the retaining wall footings successfully completed, providing stability for the upcoming phases. Additionally, all service lead ins have been finalised, ensuring essential utilities are seamlessly integrated into the project.

Moving forward, the commencement of screw piles marks another crucial step forward, along with the blockwork commencing. Overall, progress remains steady as each phase progresses towards the completion of the project.

Looking ahead, we are gearing up for the following key activities:

• Waterproof retaining walls.
• Commence detailed excavation of slabs.

We remain committed to delivering you a high-quality home and look forward to the next construction update as the build of your home continues to progress.
