Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Significant strides have been made, and we are excited to share the key developments achieved so far.

We are pleased to advise that the lot pads have been graded to the correct subgrade levels, ensuring a solid foundation for the upcoming structural works. Additionally, the excavation of the retaining wall footings has been successfully completed, setting the stage for the retaining wall foundations to be poured.

The construction of the retaining wall is well underway, with the commencement of reinforcement work. This crucial step ensures the strength and stability of the retaining structure. Simultaneously, our team is actively installing stormwater pits and lines to manage and divert water effectively, ensuring a well-drained and safe environment.

In the upcoming weeks, the installation of screw piles will take place, further fortifying the foundation of the structures. Internal drainage systems will also be put in place to efficiently manage the removal of wastewater within the project units.

The retaining wall footings will be poured to provide the necessary support for the retaining wall, ensuring its stability of the retaining wall by late August. This phase will bring the project closer to its final form, adding to its visual appeal and functionality.
