Welcome to the latest construction update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Our teams have been working diligently across all home stages, and we are pleased to provide the following detailed updates:

Homes 3101–3102

• Tiling has been completed throughout.
• Plumbing and electrical PC items have been installed.
• Shower screens are now in place.
• Landscaping works are underway, including turf and garden areas.
• Initial cleans have been completed and the Quality Assurance process have commenced.
• Pre-final inspections have been booked with purchasers.
• Settlement is currently forecast for August.

Homes 3103–3105

• Internal tiling and cabinetry installations are complete.
• Robes, PC items, and shower screens have been fitted.
• Electrical and plumbing fit-offs are in progress.
• Landscaping is well underway, with paving, planting, fencing, and turf installation in progress.
• Initial cleans have been completed and the Quality Assurance process has commenced.
• Pre-final inspections have been booked with purchasers.
• Settlement is currently forecast for August.

Homes 3106–3108

• All tiling, cabinetry, and robe installations are complete.
• Plumbing and electrical PC items have been fitted.
• Shower screens have been measured.
• Landscaping is well underway, including paving, planting, fencing, and turf.
• Initial cleans have been completed and the Quality Assurance process has commenced.
• Pre-final inspections have been booked with purchasers.
• Settlement is currently forecast for August.

Homes 3109–3111

• Tiling, cabinetry, and robe installations are complete.
• Plumbing and electrical fit-offs are underway.
• External areas are being prepared for landscaping.
• Settlement is currently forecast for September.

Homes 3112–3114

• Internal sheeting and linings are complete.
• Wet area waterproofing is complete.
• Tiling is underway.
• External façade works are complete, and scaffolding has been removed.
• Settlement is currently forecast for September.

We have commenced inviting purchasers to attend Pre-final inspections as individual homes become ready. These inspections are a great opportunity to take measurements, observe the progress of your home, and familiarise yourself with its layout ahead of our final quality assurance checks and settlement.
