Welcome to the latest construction update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Our teams have been working diligently across all home stages, and we are pleased to provide the following detailed updates:
Homes 3101–3102
- External cladding and painting works are complete. Scaffolding removal over the garage is currently underway.
- External services and lead-ins have been finalised in preparation for upcoming landscaping works.
- Internal works including stairs, kitchen cabinetry, fix-out carpentry, and waterproofing have been completed.
- Wall and floor tiling works are scheduled to commence shortly.
- Internal electrical works are currently in progress.
Homes 3103–3105
- External services and lead-ins are complete, readying the site for landscaping.
- Kitchen and wet area cabinetry installations are complete.
- Tiling to all wet areas and living zones has been finalised.
- Robes and plumbing PC items have been installed.
- Shower screen installation is expected to commence shortly.
Homes 3106–3108
- External lead-ins and services are in place, with landscaping preparations complete.
- Kitchen and wet area cabinetry installations are finished.
- Tiling throughout wet areas and living zones has been completed.
- Robes have been fully installed.
- Plumbing PC items and shower screen installations are scheduled next.
Homes 3109–3111
- External services and lead-ins are complete in preparation for landscaping works.
- Kitchen and wet area cabinetry have been installed.
- Wet area and living zone tiling is now complete.
- Robes, plumbing PC items, and shower screens are scheduled for installation shortly.
Homes 3112–3114
- Electrical rough-ins have been completed across all homes.
- Pre-sheet quality inspections have been finalised.
- Internal insulation and wall linings are currently underway.
- External façade works—including cladding, flashings, painting, and downpipe installation—are nearing completion, with scaffolding removal anticipated shortly.
