Welcome to the latest construction update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
We are pleased to share that the teams have made great progress on the Reflection Homes. Below are the updates to date:
- Lots 3101-3102: The frame and truss installation has been completed, forming the structural backbone of these homes.
- Lots 3112-3114: Upper floor flooring and framing are ongoing, steadily advancing towards lock-up stage.
- Homes 3101-3111: Rough-ins for essential services, including electrical, plumbing are continuing as planned.
- Homes 3109-3111: Brickwork up to the first floor has been finished, adding a strong exterior to the lower level.
- Homes 3109-3114: Structural sheet flooring has been successfully installed, ensuring a solid and secure foundation for the upper levels.
- Lots 3103-3111: The installation of level 1 windows is progressing, enhancing both the aesthetic and energy efficiency of the homes.
- Lots 3103-3111: Roof coverings are being measured and installed, offering protection from the elements.
- Lots 3112-14: Garage brickwork and framing have commenced, marking another step towards the completion of these homes.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
