Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

We've seen some wonderful progress onsite at Rivers Reach this month.

Externally, our contractor McNab have completed the tiling to all riverside terraces, with glass balustrades now installed to the majority of homes. Along Parkside Circuit, the curbs, in-ground services, and electrical services are complete. McNab have poured eight out of eleven exposed aggregate crossovers and will excitingly soon move onto landscaping. Over the coming months, pergolas will be added to all riverside terraces, the aluminium screens and driveways along Parkside Circuit will be finalised, and asphalt for the road will be re-laid.

Internally, tiling is now complete and all of the feature timber screens and stairs have been fitted, with final joinery being installed throughout. McNab will now shift their focus to installing the stone benchtops and splashbacks, a wonderful addition to these stunning kitchen spaces. In addition, carpet laying and final timber flooring installation will commence soon and continue in sequence across the homes.

Works onsite are progressing well, with completion of your home anticipated for Q3, 2023. We continue to work with our contractor McNab to focus on quality and program, ensuring settlements occur as soon as possible, and will keep you informed of any changes to this timeline.
