Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

Construction is progressing well at Rivers Reach, as our contractor McNab adds the finishing touches to the interiors of each home.

In homes 5 through to 11, McNab are completing the final testing and commissioning of all fixtures and appliances, in addition to the integration of home automation technology. Homes 4 through to 1 are rolling through final fit-off phase, including the installation of carpet and completion of final paintwork.

Excitingly, the terrace pools are starting to be filled and protective layers peeled back, as these stunning river-fronting, outdoor entertainment spaces really come to life. Landscaping is also progressing well as garden beds are established, ready for planting to commence. Over the coming weeks, McNab will install irrigation systems and carry out a final clean of the building façade, including removal of the protective covering to all windows.

More broadly across the precinct, new asphalt on Parkside Circuit has now been laid.

Settlement of your new home is expected to take place in August 2023. Our focus, in partnership with McNab, remains on quality and program, as we continue to navigate industry wide trade and material shortages. As always, we will continue to provide regular updates as we endeavour to have everyone settle into their new home at the earliest possible date.
