Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

All the trades are now back in full swing after the holiday period and powering on at full capacity. As usual, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Our building team continues to work methodically from floor to floor on The Terrace Collection apartments.

Ground floor joinery has been installed and screeding is underway. Screeding is the action of flattening poured concrete into a smooth, flat layer prior to finishing the surface. The perfect foundation for any new home!

On level 1 floor levelling has been installed. One floor up and the remaining floor tiling has started, while on level 3 floor and wall tiling is well advanced.

Waterproofing has been completed on level 4 and is ready for tiling to begin while up on level 5 cabinetry is going in.

The cabinetry for level 6 apartments has arrived on site and is now patiently awaiting installers to finish on level 5.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in June to July 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
