Settlement Forecast

Ardent and Terrace Collections

The settlement timeframe of your apartment has not changed and is anticipated for the second-quarter of 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

With all of the apartments in the Ardent and Terrace Collections now sold, work on the two separate but connected buildings is cracking on. In the Terrace Collection framing is complete to level 5, with level 6 due to finish within days. Fire services and corridors have been roughed-in on all levels and upper-level floors have been prepared.

On level 1 the carpentry fix is completed with painting about to begin. The carpentry team will now move on to level 2. Ceilings have been sheeted to level 3, ceiling grids are complete to level 4 and wall sheeting is complete to level 5.

The exterior of the building is now really beginning to emerge, with cladding now complete up to level 4 and privacy screens installed to level 2.

Next door at the Ardent Collection, framing and internal rough-ins are complete on every level, while corridor, wall and ceiling sheeting is complete to level 3. First paint has been applied on levels 1 and 2, with the painters now moving on to level 3.

Level 1’s stylish kitchen joinery has been installed and level 2 is about to take delivery of its cabinetry. Wet area waterproofing and screeds are going in on level 1 and tiling will begin any day now.

The building has also had its building surveyor and third party independent fire inspections done.
