All works are now finalised to this stage with settlements now underway. We welcome our new residents to the community.

- Energisation of this stage is due by late May, early June.

Now that practical completion has been completely signed off, it’s time for the Plan of Subdivision to be lodged and registered with the Land Titles Office.

Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

11 - Settlement Notice
Once the land is registered, and has received a Statement of Compliance, you’ll receive a Settlement notice.
