Certificates of Title available
Stage update: We are pleased to advise that the Certificate of Titles were issued in April. Practical completion has yet to be achieved, so perimeter fencing will be retained until this milestone is met. The laying of asphalt to the roads is still to be finalised. We will update our clients once Practical Completion has been reached.
- Certificates of Title were issued on the 23 April 2024.
- Practical Completion is anticipated to be reached in May.
- Landscaping is programmed for completion in August 2024.
