The code: What happens at yoga....stays at yoga!

It was an amazing 90 mins and we all thoroughly enjoyed Osheani's generous gift of her time and beautiful yoga space on Saturday when I joined residents in a free community yoga session offered by Align Body Mind Soul yoga studio at Frasers Landing. We got a mix of yoga, meditation and sound therapy (which was actually amazing). Why not book into an early class before work?  You'll find your inner zen, get bendy, and maybe even become a yoga superstar! 🌟  Check out the class schedule here.

Frasers Landing Book Club!

Congratulations to Judy for setting up the very first Frasers Landing Book Club! The group meets once a month on a Thursday evening and it sounds like they are having a great time setting up and making plans. We may even see a street library appear soon by the looks of things.

Brightening up the Community centre

There are three art groups that make the Frasers Landing Community centre their home for classes each week and they are working on their own inspirational projects to brighten up the community centre walls. We will be able to reaveal them in the coming months - but the sneak preview is pretty fabulous!
