The Wildflowers and Birds of Frasers Landing Event

This event, presented by resident experts Margaret and Barry went very well in October! With many in attendance it was a fun and informative evening learning about the 'other' neighbours of Frasers Landing. 

We also unveiled the 2024 Community calendar featuring the birds of Frasers Landing. The calendars are $20 each and all proceeds go to the Mandurah Community Garden. 

Rewilding Project

There are now 4 critically endangered Western Ringtail possums released into Frasers Landing. It's wonderful to see our community provide sanctuary for these animals.  

Supporting the local community

Frasers Property is very proud to provide sponsorship to Mandurah community garden for some much needed signage and we also have provided sponsorship for the Year 12 Coodanup College graduation awards again for our 4th year. 

Local Coodanup Foreshore Activation

The activation in October has included a Native Bee Hotel Workshop by Harvest Me, the annual Wonders of our Wetlands Festival by Peel Harvey Catchment Council and of course - if you haven't visited Artist Thomas Dambo's Giant Yaburgurt Cirkelstone who was named and was named in consultation with local Bindjareb Elders.

Sunday November 26th 1-3pm

'A Very Merry Neighbourhood Xmas Party!' - Bring a plate and hang with the neighbours! Enjoy live music, yard games and the 'Most' Christmassy outfit competition. The new venue is the Frasers Landing River Playground. RSVP here. 

Sunday December 1st 10-2pm

All the Frasers Landing art and craft groups are joining forces to host a 'Christmas Craft Creations' Event. With live music, over 35 stalls and some fun for the kids there's something for everyone.
