Berwick Waters Construction Update August 2022
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this exciting community.
Stages 1, 2 and 15 construction works are now complete and settlement is expected next week. We can't wait to welcome our new residents!
All construction works on Stage 3 were completed this month and our team is happy to announce we have obtained Statement of Compliance and plans have been lodged with the Titles Office. We expect titles on this stage very soon.
Moving to Stage 5, the ongoing run of consistent wet weather hit at a difficult point during construction and prevented us from completing sections of kerb and channel (gutters) to allow progress with electrical and communications installation. We’ve overcome that now with 90% of kerb and channel complete and electrical and communication works scheduled in over the coming weeks.
Lastly, Stage 7 sewer construction works commenced in July and are well underway now with drainage works commencing soon.
