Berwick Waters Construction Update July 2022

We’re happy to announce that Stage 1 & 2 civil works are now complete and we have achieved Statement of Compliance on these stages. Now that compliance is confirmed, we have lodged for registration with the Titles Office. Given this is the first lodgement for Honour Village, we expect the registration process to take approximately 4 to 5 weeks.

Next up, we completed 80% of driveways and footpaths over at Stage 3 this month and it has passed the sewer test. We will continue to work towards obtaining authority approvals to achieve Statement of Compliance. The recent wet weather has delayed settlement.

Moving on to Stage 15, as planned, we have almost completed civil works on site. We are beginning to engage with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals to achieve Statement of Compliance. Once compliance is confirmed, we will be ready to lodge for registration with the Titles Office.

Lastly, we unfortunately were unable to commence work on electrical and communications as planned in Stage 5 due to recent wet weather. As a result, settlement has been delayed.
