Berwick Waters Construction Update October 2022
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this exciting community.
Stage 4 drainage work and base level of the roads is now complete. Over the coming month we plan to install our road crossings for services and start the rock layer of the roads. We are anticipating settlement of Stage 4 in April – June 2023.
Over in Stage 5, we've completed 80% of the footpaths in the past month and plan to complete them with the road pavement in the month ahead. In conjunction with these final scopes of work we’ll start the service testing and authority auditing. The recent rainstorm caused severe damage to recently completed concrete works and the team has to rebuild some areas which has resulted in a delay of the program. Settlement is anticipated in December 2022 – January 2023.
