A quick update for anyone planning a visit this weekend. The Discovery Centre will be closed tomorrow, Saturday 25 April, for Anzac Day. We will reopen on Monday to help you with any questions about the community.

Residents of Frasers Property - Live proud communities can make a real difference to their neighbourhood and its future by sharing their feedback as part of our annual Great Neighbourhood Survey. The invaluable insights gathered help us to create stronger, smarter, happier neighbourhoods. With $10 donated to Australian Red Cross for each survey completed, it's an opportunity to make a positive impact not only within a Frasers Property community but for those needing help across the country. Our first 2026 construction update is here and there's a lot to celebrate! Mambourin Green is welcoming its first residents from May, with 100+ homes settling across Stages 1 & 2. Our first local park is now out to tender, and Club Mambourin Green has its planning permit approved, with construction kicking off mid-year. Over at Mambourin, townhome construction is nearly done and the new rail circuit road opens Q3.

At Club Mambourin Green, life flows at your pace. Enjoy your own 25m heated lap pool, open all year round for you and your family to dive in, unwind, and stay active. Teaching the kids how to swim will become a lot easier, and there’s no need for costly memberships. Just more time together, right at home.

The Bush Bus is returning to Mambourin for Term 2. From Tuesday 21 April, the mobile playgroup will be parked behind the Mambourin and Mambourin Green Discovery Centre from 11 am to 12:30 pm. The sessions are designed for toddlers and preschoolers to get involved in nature-based activities and sensory fun. It is a simple way to meet other families in the street and enjoy the fresh air. Cold weather? No worries! Our Neighbours Every Day Sunset Movie Night at Laa Yulta Primary School in Mambourin brought families and neighbours together for a beautiful night under the stars. With 1 in 4 people experiencing loneliness, Frasers Property is proud to create moments that help residents connect, belong, and feel part of something bigger 💛

A big thank you to all our Mambourin residents who joined us for our Easter celebration at Club Mambourin! 🐰 It was a fantastic turnout and we loved seeing the community come together. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did.
