We are pleased to advise that construction of the Riverside Neighbourhood at The Grove is progressing well.
- We have received the title for Stage 54 and settlement is triggered. We would like to advise that settlement date is on 2nd February 2026.
- With the final section of the wetlands and waterway in Riverside now complete, our community can enjoy 11ha of stunning open space.
- Landscape works for the Werribee Township Regional Park are in progressing and will be complete by summer.
