What’s happening at The Grove?

We are pleased to advise that construction of the Riverside Neighbourhood at The Grove is progressing well.

With the final section of the wetlands and waterways in Riverside now complete, our community can enjoy 11ha of stunning open space.
Landscape works for the Werribee Township Regional Park, located along the southern boundary of stage 55 and 56, have been completed and are now open to the public.

The second installment of Pass the Plate is here! Next up: spaghetti carbonara. Simple, cosy and full of flavour, it’s the kind of meal that turns an ordinary night at home into something special. If you’ve got a suggestion, or a recipe, that we should share next time, send it over and be part of the series! Let’s pass the plate and share the love, one recipe at a time.

This National Reconciliation Week, we pause to reflect. From 27 May to 3 June, Australians come together to honour the shared histories, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and to consider the role each of us plays in building a more reconciled future. The Grove sits on the traditional lands of the Bunurong and Wadawurrung peoples, on either side of the Werribee River. Our local secondary school carries the name Brinbeal, meaning rainbow in Boonwurrung language, chosen through community consultation with Traditional Owners. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Autumnal golden hour! The sun might be setting a bit earlier these days, but there is something so magical about the late afternoon sun at The Grove at the moment. Before you head inside for dinner, rug up the kids and step outside to catch the last of the daylight.

Introducing Pass the Plate, a community series celebrating the recipes that bring us together. We’re starting with a classic: chicken biryani. Fragrant, flavourful, and made to share. If you’ve got a treasured recipe or something you grew up loving, we’d love to hear from you. Send it in and help us celebrate the flavours that make our community unique. Let’s pass the plate and share the love, one recipe at a time.
