What’s happening at The Grove?

We are pleased to advise that construction of the Riverside Neighbourhood at The Grove is now open for your enjoyment.

Those with a keen eye might have noticed asphalt going down in Stage 55. Residents will soon commence construction of their dream homes.
Only two stages remain to be constructed at The Grove. Time is running out to secure your ideal lot in what is a premium precinct of the project by the Werribee River.

World Nature Conservation Day is on the 28th July and at The Grove, it's something residents get to see and experience every single day. The 11 hectare wetlands, Davis Creek and the Werribee River corridor are home to over 50 species of native birds and wildlife, from superb fairy-wrens to the occasional platypus sighting along the river bank. From the beginning, Frasers Property made a deliberate choice to build The Grove around its natural environment rather than over it. The green corridors, native planting and waterway management are all part of that commitment, making sure the wildlife that was here first continues to have a place to thrive. #WorldNatureConservationDay

75,000 plants procured. One of the best parts about life at the Grove is having The Wetlands as your second backyard. Whether it's a wildlife sighting, exercise, or simply some fresh air you seek, the wetlands provides. Take a tour through the recently completed interpretive signage trail and learn a little about the planning, design and meaning behind the area.

The Werribee River at 8am in winter. Mist sitting low on the water, a kookaburra calling from somewhere in the trees, and the path completely to yourself before the day kicks in. Rugged up and out the door in five minutes. Where’s your favourite spot along the Werribee River?

This NAIDOC Week, we pause to acknowledge the Bunurong people as the Traditional Custodians of the land The Grove calls home, the waterways, the wetlands, and the Country that surrounds us every day. This year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly, marks five decades of NAIDOC Week and the generations of people who built this movement. Elders who stood firm. Communities who kept showing up. Culture that has never stopped leading. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and emerging. #NAIDOC2026 #50YearsOfDeadly
