Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Boulevard Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the first construction update for your new home in the Boulevard Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

It is our pleasure to announce we have appointed Patterson Building Group as the builder for the Greenway Collection and Boulevard Collection. Patterson have over 20 years of experience in NSW and have completed 850 dwellings. They have also won 14 Builders Excellence Awards. We are excited to work with them on your new home.

Patterson are currently working through the design process for these homes, with the civil works program already complete. On-site works will commence in the new year.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in mid-2027.

Frasers Property has proposed a Voluntary Planning Agreement with Liverpool Council which includes:

• Streetscape improvements along Soldiers Parade including new pedestrian crossings, shared paths and landscaping
• Dedication of land and embellishment of three new parks
• Monetary contributions towards a brand new community facility
