Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Boulevard Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Boulevard Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction is progressing steadily, with our builder, Patterson Building Group, making strong headway. Screw piling and internal drainage works are advancing well and are nearing completion. In the coming days, formwork is expected to commence across the site, paving the way for the first concrete slab pours to take place in the weeks ahead. These milestones represent significant progress as construction moves from the groundwork phase into the structural stage of the build.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to occur in mid-2027..
