Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Boulevard Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the first construction update for your new home in the Boulevard Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Within the Boulevard Collection, Patterson Building Group continue to work through the design and approval process in preparation for commencement of on-site works. On-site works will commence in the new year.

To finish out the year, we are pleased to present a video update where you will hear from our development, retail and community development teams.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in mid-2027.

This will be our last update for 2025, with our next update coming to you in February 2026. The Customer Care Team will be taking a short break with our last day for the year being Friday 19th December, returning to the office on Monday 5th January. We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
