Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Boulevard Collection

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for your new home in the Boulevard Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

We have reached an exciting milestone with our building contractor, Patterson Building Group, receiving the first Construction Certificate approval. With this achieved, we expect site excavation work, including retaining walls and in‑ground services, to commence shortly. In addition, the Pattersons team has now established their presence onsite.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to occur in Mid-2027.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
