Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to share the latest progress at Portella Apartments and keep you informed as construction continues to advance.

The project team has continued to make the most of the favourable weather conditions on site, allowing works to progress efficiently.

Since our last update, significant progress has been made, with bulk excavation works well underway and the removal of material continuing across the project.

We are also pleased to advise that sheet piling works around the perimeter of the site are nearing completion. The next stage of works, including the installation of ground anchors to support the excavation, is now underway.

We look forward to sharing further milestones with you as Portella Apartments continues to take shape and thank you for being part of this exciting new community.
