Shell Cove Construction Update - Portella Apartments

One of the most visible signs of progress is the installation of the tower crane, which now stands proudly on site and can be seen from the Waterfront Town Centre. This is a significant milestone that will help drive construction forward over the coming months.

We're also pleased to announce that all bulk excavation works have now been completed, marking the end of a major phase of construction. Below ground, progress continues at pace, with two concrete slab pours successfully completed for the Basement 2 car park.

Further momentum has been achieved with waterproofing and reinforcement works now underway on the first section of the retaining wall between Basements 2 and 1, laying the foundations for the next stage of construction.
