The civil works are well underway, with strong progress achieved on-site. Roadworks advanced significantly, including gravel placement, asphalt works and multiple concrete pours for footpaths, driveways, kerbs and the roundabout. Associate footpath preparation and ancillary works were also progressed. Landscape works onsite have commenced.
