We anticipate your settlement will occur in August 2025.

Please notify your bank or broker so your lender can schedule an independent valuation appointment. Please provide the booking link below to your lender/bank or alternatively contact Cirilla Guo on 03 9258 1264 to schedule an onsite valuation (if required). Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.

Failure to scan the QR code and make arrangements with us prior to arrival will result in you being turned away for your safety as there is still some construction activity occurring within the site. You cannot safely access after work hours either.
