We’re thrilled to welcome the Stage 16 residents into the development following the registration of the Plan of Subdivision on 28th July, which led to settlements commencing on 11th August.
An electrical asset needs to be lowered before we can complete the final works on the Radiant Boulevard Bridge and we now expect it to open in late October.
You can access your titled Stage 16 lot via Laker Boulevard.
Our landscape contractor has commenced works and plans to complete all works prior to the end of November.
Your ‘Meet Your Neighbour’ event for Stage 16 is on Saturday 11th October from 1–3pm. The event invite was sent via email and SMS, please contact your Customer Care Consultant, Cirilla, if you haven’t received your invite.
