Stage 9 is now registered and your settlement date is confirmed

We are pleased to inform you that the Plan of Subdivision has registered, and titles have been issued for your lot.

The settlement date for your lot is Tuesday, 5 August, 2025.

Our Solicitors will contact your Legal Representative to confirm your settlement time. Please reach out to your Legal Representative and Bank or Broker to finalise any final requirements for settlement.

Soil Testing and Valuation are available for public access from 28 July, 2025.
