We’re thrilled to welcome the Stage 9 residents into the development following the registration of the Plan of Subdivision on 22nd July, which led to settlements commencing on 5th August. Landscaping works, including a new Berwick Waters sign near Thompsons Road, are the final item for us to complete and these are scheduled to start in the coming months.
