We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 are complete and Council practical completion has been attained.
We require sign-offs from two remaining authorities before we can lodge the plan of subdivision at the Titles Office.
Your valuer should be arranging a site visit to complete the valuation and ensure your finance documentation is finalised ahead of settlement.
