Planned Settlement: February 2026 – April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 are still on program.
- The installation of electrical and communications services are now complete.
- Construction of the footpath is also now complete with topsoil of the lots follow.
- Pouring of the last layer of asphalt will be next as the stage starts to take shape.
