Planned Settlement: February 2026 – April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 have moved along very well in the past month and are still on program.
- All drainage and water pipes within have been installed.
- The bottom layer of rock for the roads has also been laid.
- Installation of the kerbs (gutters) will commence very soon.
