Construction works are now complete, and we are working with the respective authorities to obtain approval for Statement of Compliance consent.
Prior to obtaining Statement of Compliance on Stage 28, the Precinct 2 Temporary Retarding Basin needs to be constructed, and acceptance of works granted. Construction works on the Precinct 2 Temporary Retarding Basin are progressing well and are scheduled for completion in late May 2025.
In the meantime, you're welcome to arrange for your builder to carry out soil testing on your lot.
If your finance isn't finalised yet, we strongly recommend reaching out to your Conveyancer and/or Lender to discuss your settlement requirements, valuation inspections can be booked now. This will help ensure a seamless journey to becoming a landowner.
