Planned Settlement: June 2025
Civil construction of Stage 28 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is progressing well.
- Currently working with the relevant authorities to achieve Statement of Compliance.
- Your lot has been pegged, and your lot board has been installed. Access for soil testing and valuation are now available.
- With settlements just around the corner, we strongly recommend you finalise your finances and to speak with your Conveyancer and/or Lender about your settlement requirements.
