Settlement Scheduled: 4 June 2025
Civil construction of Stage 28 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is progressing well.
- Council has issued Statement of Compliance, with the Plan of Subdivision also registered for Titles.
- Access to your lot remains available for soil testing and valuation.
- With settlements just around the corner, we strongly recommend to finalise your finances and to speak with your Conveyancer and/or Lender about your settlement requirements.
