Stage 29 is now registered and your settlement date is confirmed

We are pleased to inform you that the Plan of Subdivision has registered, and titles have been issued for your lot.

Settlements will commence from 3 July 2025 or as per the agreed date in your contract of sale.

Our solicitors will contact your legal representative to confirm your settlement time. Please reach out to your legal representative and bank or broker to finalise any final requirements for settlement.
