Construction works are now complete, with Practical Completion awarded by Council. We are working with the respective authorities to obtain approval for Statement of Compliance consent.
In the meantime, you are welcome to carry out soil testing with your builder and valuation with your lender.
If your finance is not yet finalised, we strongly recommend reaching out to your Conveyancer and/or Lender to discuss your settlement requirements. This will help ensure a seamless journey to becoming a landowner.
