Stage 9 will see the final section of Heather Grove constructed, works within the stage are progressing well. Critical path earthworks to the bring the lots up to the finished surface level have been completed. The road subgrade stabilisation has been completed, and the sewer installation is complete.
The contractor is now commencing in the drainage for the road and the placement of pavement material.
