All civil works on Stage 9 are now complete, with Council Practical Completion also obtained.
We are in the process of testing all assets, which will enable us to obtain Statement of Compliance.
Now is a pivotal time to finalise finance, so that settlement on your lots runs on time and as smoothly as possible – Please contact your broker and / or lender to finalise your finance ahead of settlement.
Please also remember to organise temporary fencing to your lots, in order to avoid illegal rubbish dumping.
