Civil works are progressing well, with Practical Completion anticipated in late June, pending Council availability. Discussions are currently underway with the City for approval of the Public Open Space (POS) landscape design, alongside finalisation of the landscape works contract. These steps will facilitate the commencement of landscaping in September.
