Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 17.  Should you have any questions, please contact our friendly Customer Care team.

Stage 17

All works to deliver the lots to Stage 17 have now been finalised. Our contractors are mobilising to commence works on the adjoining park, which is on program to commence in August. The park, which consists of retained trees, will provide a quiet zone with ample space for the community to gather.

General Construction Update

Construction progress

Stage 16 Park located to the southern section of this release, is due for works to commence in August 2025.

Stages 17 and Stage 20 is on track for completion in July & August.

Works have commenced to Stage 21, which will deliver 57 lots to the community. Construction of this stage is due for completion in early 2026.

Stages 14 and 16 energization
We have received an update from Western Power who advise that energization of these stages will occur on the 9th September.
